Refund Policy:
Banner Design Leader strives to achieve maximum client satisfaction. If you are not happy with one of our banners, we will redesign it to suit your needs until you are fully satisfied. In case if you are still not satisfied after repeated revisions and wish to get a refund, we would be happy to send 100% of the funds back to you. To get a refund, it is mandatory to fill out the Refund form on the refund.html page. Link to this page can be found at the bottom of every page.
Delivery Policy:
We deliver all banners in digital format within the time period specified in the package you have selected. The vast majority of orders are completed within 24 hours of you filling the Order Form.
Payment Policy:
Once you have filled the Order Form, we verify the credit card information and authorize for the value of the order. Once we have delivered the final banner to you, we will charge the card for the exact amount of other order. What this means is that the credit card is charged after the order has been completed and delivered as opposed to the normal practice of charging before-hand. You can choose to pay with a PayPal Account as an alternative payment mode.
Privacy and Security of Transactions:
Ensuring the privacy and security of all transactions conducted through our website holds utmost priority for us. Banner Design Leader relies on a combination of physical, electronic as well as managerial procedures in order to ensure the security of all information you provide to us. This prevents any risk of loss of data and prevents it from getting in the wrong hands.
