How long does it take before I can see samples of my banners ?
The time we take to design the samples is 2 days.

How many changes may I ask for in my banners ?
We aim to keep our customers satisfied and we will make changes/revisions until you agree to the company's banner design.

What if I don't like any of initial banners ?
We will make your banners according to the package that you have chosen. If you don't like the first samples we will send you the new samples.

What if I have my own idea for the company's banners ?
Any idea that may help our designer create a banner to your satisfaction can be sent in once you have retained our services.

Can you redo my existing company banner ?
Yes.

Who keeps rights of my company banners ?
The rights of the banner design source files are given to the client.

What if what your banner designers provide is not what I want and I demand a refund ?
We do provide 100% refund. However, if you are not satisfied with the banner, firstly we suggest you to discuss your revisions and ideas with one of our representative. We will even have a different designer make the new set of banners from a different perspective. Banner Design Leader aims to satisfy. All changes are made within 24-72 hours with the exception of weekends.

What does your satisfaction guarantee actually entail ?
Terms and conditions apply to our 'satisfaction guarantee'. To be eligible for this guarantee you must have ordered at least a basic package.
